सिरहा —सिरहाको नवराजपुरकी रिंकुकुमारी सदाको सामूहिक बलात्कार र शंकास्पद मृत्यु घटनाका मुख्य आरोपी रुपेश मण्डल पक्राउ परेका छन् । मण्डललाई केहीबेर अघि पक्राउ गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । उनी सिरहा नगरपालिका-१७ दशगजा क्षेत्रबाट पक्राउ परेका हुन् ।
घटना लगत्तै फरार रहेका उनलाई केही समयअघि मात्रै पक्राउ गरिएको मधेश प्रदेश प्रहरी स्रोतले जानकारी दिएको छ । उनलाई केहीबेरमै आधिकारिक रूपमा सार्वजनिक गर्ने प्रहरीको तयारी छ ।
गत माघ २७ गते राति शौच गर्न बाहिर निस्केकी रिंकु स्थानीय तीन युवकबाट सामूहिक बलात्कारमा परेकी थिइन् । उनी भोलिपल्ट बिहान रुँदै घर पुगेकी थिइन् । तर, वडासदस्य सहितका स्थानीयको संलग्नतामा २९ र ३० गते पञ्चायती बसेर घटना गाउँमै मिलाउने प्रयास गरिएको थियो ।
पञ्चायतीले बलात्कारका पीडकबाट १ लाख ४० हजार जरिवाना भराउने र पीडितलाई प्रहरीमा जान नदिने निर्णय गरेको थियो । तर, पञ्चायती नमिल्दा पीडक पक्षको धम्कीका बीच ३० गते साँझ पीडित किशोरी आफ्नै घरमा झुन्डिएको अवस्थामा मृत भेटिएकी थिइन् ।
