नेपालमा मनसुन भित्रिएलगत्तै वर्षा र बाढी पहिरोकाे जोखिम

काठमाडौँ । नेपालमा मनसुन भित्रिएलगत्तै वर्षा र बाढीपहिरोको जोखिम सुरू भएको छ । यही बिहीबार राति नेपालको पूर्वी क्षेत्रबाट मनसुन प्रवेश गरी कोशी प्रदेशमा फैलिएको थियो । त्यसको २४ घण्टा नबित्दै पूर्वी नेपालको विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा बाढीले क्षति पुर्याएको छ । 

राष्ट्रिय विपद् जोखिम न्यूनीकरण तथा व्यवस्थापन प्राधिकरणका प्रवक्ता रामबहादुर केसीका अनुसार आज बिहान परेको अविरल वर्षाका कारण धरान–धनकुटा सडकखण्डको सागुरीगढी गाउँपालिका–६ स्थित फेदीको १०० मिटर सडक लेउती खोलाको बाढीले बगाएको छ । 

जसका कारण कोशी राजमार्गको धरान–धनकुटा सडकखण्ड अवरुद्ध भएको प्राधिकरणले जनाएको छ । जसले धनकुटा हुँदै जाने भोजपुर, सङ्खुवासभा, ताप्लेजुड, पाँचथरको यातायात ठप्प भएको छ । आजै झापामा माईखोलाको बाढीले २२ घर डुबानमा परेको पनि केसीले बताए । उनका अनुसार अहिले पानी घट्दो क्रममा रहेको र मानवीय जोखिम रहेको छैन । स्थानीयहरुलाई सुरक्षित स्थानमा सारिएको छ । 

नेपाल प्रहरीका प्रवक्ता, प्रहरी वरिष्ठ उपरीक्षक रमेश थापाले पूर्वी नेपालको झापा तथा धरान धनकुटा सडक क्षेत्रमा बाढी पहिरोका घटना भएको र सो क्षेत्रमा उद्धार तथा नागरिकको सुरक्षाका लागि प्रहरी टोली परिचालन गरेर विपद् व्यवस्थापनको कार्य भइरहेको बताए ।
नेपालमा मनसुन भित्रिने सरदरभन्दा १५ दिनअगावै बिहीबार रातिदेखि मनसुन भित्रिएको थियो । जल तथा मौसम विज्ञान विभागका अनुसार हाल कोशी, मधेस, बागमती र गण्डकी प्रदेशका धेरै स्थानमा तथा लुम्बिनी, कर्णाली र सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेशका एक–दुई स्थानमा मेघ गर्जन चट्याङसहितको हल्कादेखि मध्यम पानी परिरहेको छ ।

पछिल्लो १२ घण्टामा कोशी प्रदेशका केही स्थानमा धेरै भारीदेखि अति भारी वर्षा भएको पनि विभागले जानकारी दिएको छ । पानी पार्ने प्रणाली अहिले उत्तरतिर सरिरहेको र थप पानी पर्नसक्ने सम्भावना रहेकोले आवश्यक सतर्कता अपनाउन विभागले बुलेटिनमार्फत जानकारी गराएको छ ।

पछिल्लो १२ घण्टामा कोशी प्रदेशको झापा, इलाम, मोरङ र सुनसरी जिल्लामा भारी वर्षा मापन भएको र ती क्षेत्र भएर बहने कन्काई नदी, बिरिङ खोला, केसलिया खोलालगायतमा सतर्कता तहभन्दा माथिको बाढी मापन भएकाले नदी तटीय क्षेत्रमा उच्च सतर्कता अपनाउन बाढी पूर्वानुमान महाशाखाले पनि सबैमा अनुरोध गरेको छ । 

महाशाखाले इलाम, झापा, मोरङ, सुनसरी र धनकुटाको धेरै स्थानमा भारी वर्षा मापन भएको र थप बर्षा हुनसक्ने भएकाले मेची, विरिङ, निन्दा, कन्काई, चिसाङखोला, मावा–रतुवा, लोहन्द्रा, बक्राहा, नुनखोलालगायत अन्य साना खोलामा सतर्कता तह आसपासको बाढी आउन सक्ने भएकाले दिउँसोसम्म उच्च सतर्कता अपनाउन पनि अनुरोध गरेको छ ।

वर्षा गराउने बादल पूर्वी नेपालबाट उत्तरतर्फ सरिरहेको पनि मौसम विज्ञान विभागले जानकारी दिएको छ । आगामी तीन दिन कोशी, नारायणी, कर्णाली, महाकाली र यसका प्रमुख सहायक नदीहरू साथै कमला, बागमती, पूर्वीराप्ती, पश्चिम राप्ती र बबई नदीको जलसतह सतर्कता तह तलै रहने पुर्वानुमान भए पनि बढ्दो हुने देखिएको जनाइएको छ । त्यसैले नदी तटीय क्षेत्रका क्रियाकलापमा सतर्कता अपनाउन अनुरोध पनि गरिएको छ ।
